01 · Don’t break the session
The sharpest pain is not losing — it’s a refresh, a drop, or a cash-out that hangs mid-round.
Crash and Plinko Lightning: unexpected refresh or kick-out; after reload the run feels worse.
Crash cash-out sometimes lags; after a drop they want the same session back, not a new one.
Slow hops between games, Blackjack slow to open, Mines tiles lagging, busy-hour stutter — same ask: don’t make me wait.

02 · Mobile still lags
Desktop is fine. Phone is slower, freezes, and newer titles feel heavy.
Mines can freeze on mobile and needs a refresh; Crash / Plinko feel duller than desktop.
Regular Crash is less snappy on phone than Fast Crash.
BC Poker layout is awkward on phone; Wukong / Ne Zha take longer to load.

03 · More games, more modes
The core set still gets played, but long sessions go stale. The loudest ask is new Originals — and modes on the old ones.
Most repeated line: keep shipping fast, slightly strategic new games — not just reskins.
Plinko: new boards, multiplier events, Lightning-style modes; one ask to speed up animations.
Mines: more board sizes and risk presets; Limbo and Coin Flip: small challenges or variants.
Twist-style “looks different” Originals were called out to keep coming.

04 · History, stats, balance
After a round they want the last bet and the balance now — sometimes both lag a few seconds.
Limbo, Dice, Bingo: richer stats and history; recent bets should be easier to find.
Mines, Crash: balance and history can sit a few seconds before they update.
Dice UI feels bare, last-round info is thin; Keno and HiLo need clearer in-game explainers.

05 · What they already play
Crash, Plinko, and Mines are still the floor. Fast Crash is the short-session pick.
